Luciene is absolutely amazing, not only as a person but in her line of work. When I first went to see her, my anxiety was at an all time high and I was unable to even stand in line at a store without being on the brink of having a panic attack. Luciene helped me not only change the way I was thinking, but gave me a handful of tips that helped me in my daily life and that I will carry with me for as long as I live. I am forever grateful for the service she provided as well as her gentle understanding. We both knew I was ready to be done with my biweekly sessions, but I was sad to go as I will miss my conversations and the help she provided me with but just knowing she is still there if I ever need her again, makes me feel better and puts my mind at ease. If anyone is suffering with mental health issues, or anxiety - I would 100% recommend Luciene. I know first hand how lonely and scary it can feel to suffer, but it can and will get easier and if you're scared to take the first step, picking up the phone and calling her is one of the best things you can do, she helps you feel less alone and helps you get to where you want to be.
