Don't think I've ever come across a staff member here that isn't pleasant. Even if wrong department they are polite and helpful. Very welcoming. Nice feeling to the place when entering, not giving a wierd vibe.

Though I am very satisfied with the service that this organization provides. often when entering I find it unsettling to see the receptionist unmasked. It has so far been 3 times that this has happened. Furthermore, this same person usually meets me with remarks and an attitude that I would call much less than positive.
