Pas 1 fois, mais 2 fois nous avions des rendez-vous téléphonique et aucune appel de leur part. Je crois que la clinique ne comprend pas le fait que les clients doivent modifier leur horaire de travail pour avoir une rendez-vous téléphonique. Le temps des gens est très précieux, il ne faut pas oublier que le service client est aussi important que le traitement lui même…

I had the report read to a psychiatrist and a neuropsychologist who both confirmed to me that the results obtained are not valid since they do not take into account the medication taken and which alone explain the beta waves detected as well as the hypercoherences. In short, since these are expensive treatments, I suggest being critical of their approach, requiring to meet with the psychologist / neuropsy before starting treatment with them. I am very disappointed to have lost $ 500 for such a result. (Original) L'évaluation et la remise du rapport sont faites par une personne qui n'est pas un professionnel de la santé ou psychologue. Le rapport remis est un amalgame de phrases générées par un algorithme qui a analysé les données. Aucune profondeur dans l'analyse. L'objectif du rapport est clairement de vendre leur protocole. J'ai fait lire le rapport à un psychiatre et une neuropsychologue qui m'ont tous deux confirmés que les résultats obtenus ne sont pas valides puisque ne tiennent pas compte de la médication prise et qui expliquent à elle seule les ondes bêta relevées ainsi que les hypercohérences. Bref, puisque ce sont des traitements coûteux, je suggère d'être critique face à leur approche, d'exiger de rencontrer le psychologue/neuropsy avant de débuter un traitement avec eux. Je suis très déçu d'avoir perdu 500$ pour un tel résultat.
