Don't waist your money. This is the most uncaring and unprofessional child psychologist you will encounter. If you have to get a derogation for your child save yourself the frustration and your money. The psychologist Rachel Jones Cadieux, was late for the appointment for 30 minutes, she maintained a conversation in French though the derogation was in English, she had zero empathy, she basically told me that the derogation process is impossible to pass but she still collects your money. She has no affinity with kids and didn't care to create somewhat of a bond of trust as to obtain better results from him, she was down right not willing to work with him and was impatient. She wanted me to leave the building while my child did the derogation evaluation. We had never been in that place nor have we meet her prior, which parent wold leave their kid with a stranger. I was obliged to leave the room and wait downstair, and my child was scared and couldn't properly do the report. She didn't just not cared to accommodate him. she was annoyed and didn't want to work. We had to run after her to obtain the results as the limit date to send out the derogation was in a few days. She unprofessionally told me over the phone... "you must already know it but your son fails the evaluation". This entire encounter is not acceptable and definitely not with the 650$ CASH ( that she by the way obliges you to pay upfront in CASH only). Go anywhere else if you need psychologist services for your child. This is a mom's sincere advice.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I went to CPO for an evaluation for my son. I don't know a lot about psychology but let me tell you that my son and I had an amazing experience at CPO. Dr. Rachel Cadieux Jones was very welcoming. She took some time to make sure my son felt at ease before beginning the evaluation. At the end of the evaluation, my son did not want to leave, Dr. Cadieux Jones let him play a little with the toys in her office. The clinic is also very cosy and friendly to children. I would definitely recommend it!

Dre Jones-Cadieux est rigoureuse et c'est extrêmement rassurant pour les parents.

We dealt with this clinic in order to see if our child could skip kindergarten as she was born in early October while being rather mature. The evaluation was done only during one meeting which is not the best way to evaluate a child. We had the feeling that the clinic was more interested in having our money than providing the evaluation. This was a very bad experience. People at daycare were shocked our child was not able to be selected. We would not recommend this psychologist for any evaluation of children.

The secretary is very professional, the psychologists are warmhearted, caring, supportive.
