There was a stressful incident where I was charged for a session that never occurred nor was ever booked. Not sure how it happened but it has been resolved. I couldn't find any email indicating the office was closed but understand sometimes technology fails. I only posted on here because I was trying to get somebody's attention when I couldn't' get a hold of anyone for almost a week: though it seems the office was completely closed for the holidays, I wasn't aware of this as, the automatic email did not send to me. I have only gone here a few times and though it wasn't for me, it was still a very nice place and the therapist was lovely. Each person is different though and you may find the right fit here or you may not. But that's just a matter of right fitting, nothing against the place or professionals and overall it is a nice spot.

3 appointments in the counsellor never showed up to the appointment and the receptionist made no effort to contact her. They don't seem to actually care about their patients.
