I have hesitated to approach therapy for years as I have been through things I just wanted them as far as possible away from me. She is the right person for you if you are looking for someone to gently outsmart you into pouring your heart out! She is trully honest, makes you feel like you are talking to a friend not a clinician. Remember why you are doing this and that it takes time. Good luck!
