Just had my first appointment with Harmonized Approach Therapies yesterday! The whole experience was fantastic! I booked an hour in for part massage and part acupuncture! The response time to book my appointment was fast and easy; especially with my busy schedule. Throughout my appointment I felt super relaxed and even today I feel great! After talking with Joy I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend you check out her business!

Noticed her business open up and called to make an appointment excited she did acupuncture. It's a terrific place, calm and serene and the massage was extremely good and Joy's skill, , training, knowledge and expertise in acupuncture really made the treatment better than others I've had. I will be back for sure!

Acupuncture was fine but LOTS of pauses in between that treatment and the massage therapy (which was done through hot rocks not manual manipulation...Why?). Felt like the therapist was tired (my appt was towards the end of her day) and she was looking to pace her physical energy. I got 40 mins worth of actual treatment time but paid for an hour.

Joy is very professional in her practice! She is very compassionate and has a wealth of knowledge that is very helpful.She also, provides acupuncture which has helped me tremendously with whatever is ailing me. If anyone has any trouble I will refer them to Joy!

Joy used a combination of warm towels and warm rocks during the massage I had with her. She was able to work out lots of spots that I didn't even know I needed working on since I only came in for a maintenance massage. The clinic was very modern and welcoming with the massage bed having lots of adjustment for comfort.

I went with agonising muscle pain. Joy was thorough in her treatment. The deep tissue massage helped considerably and was so relaxing. The acupuncture was also pain free and effective. Her treatment room and entire environment is very peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this business.

This lady deserves 6 stars. I’ve been dealing with of a sore back for months. She was able to quickly access the treatment I needed for it. Her level of experience in both massage and acupuncture shows with the attention to detail in her treatment. From the massage and stones she used to the acupuncture, it all felt amazing!
