The team at Lifemark Cobequid Physiotherapy are very professional, friendly, nonjudgemental and efficient. They collaborated with me to help develop a plan to return to work after a work related injury without making me feel pressured, or rushed to return to full work duties during my heeling process. Thanks Alvin, Darlene, Lorrie, and Maureen for all your support! You guys rock! 10/10 would return again, but lets not hope anytime soon for an injury, haha. They provided lots of preventative teaching, eg. body ergonomics for on the worksite and exercises.

I would have given zero stars if it were possible. The people themselves are kind but the staff are so overworked so that they rush about frantically leaving clients feeling like impositions instead of centering them. I am forced to accept and wear a new disposable medical mask every single day that I attend, which has been 3x/week for nearly two months now instead of being trusted with my own masks for comfort and protection. I end up wearing theirs over my own. I have been misgendered EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have overheard the staff speaking about me. I am a nonbinary person and my pronouns are they and them. There is no public wifi - I am writing this by connecting to The Pond bar across the way.

The team at the Cobequid Lifemark Physiotherpy is exceptionally good in terms of the professionalism they display and the quality of service they provide. I've undergone treatment twice, first in 2017 and again in 2018 and both times the treatment worked wonders. Alvin was the physiotherapist who worked on both injuries. He has numerous years of experience and that plus his interpersonal skills makes for an enjoyable and successful treatment process. In addition I dealt with Paul in terms of issues with walking as it relates to knee problems. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide the right solution to eliminate the problem. Finally the reception team takes the time to know who you are and they are very helpful.
