I had the pleasure of meeting Julie when she came to Prince Edward County. I had only ever practiced yoga at home but loved the experience of her classes. Her yin was an intense and amazing experience!! I credit her classes and reflexology for making my pregnancy so enjoyable. I love that Julie continues to learn and grow and her treatments and teaching reflect that. Time spent with her in any way is always beneficial, if you get a chance to, I highly recommend!!
