Did not return my calls. Our sessions were booked more than a month apart even though I was clearly in distress. She didn't ask questions about myself in our 1st meeting. Did not call for our second appointment at all. If you are too busy to take on new clients perhaps it would be prudent to pass along that client to a colleague instead of taking them on, then ignoring them. Feeling even more like I don't matter now. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude to be honest.
