Over the last 10 years, I have seen Shandia, Mike and Grant for sports related injuries. The care that I have received from these highly skilled professionals is second to none, which is why it was my clinic of choice when I suffered my patellar tendon rupture July 13, 2019 during a fall at work. My injury recovery plan was a challenge because of the need to have the leg immobilised in a splint for 6 weeks prior to any passive range of motion treatment. The surgeons were great at putting my knee back together but the recovery plan was tailored by Grant. Several alternating treatment techniques such as range of motion exercises, soft tissue mobilisation, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Therapeutic Ultra sound, Blood flow restriction therapy, electrical stimulation, kinesio taping, tissue mobilisation, plyometric exercises, and Wednesday afternoon aquatic therapy in the pool, along with work in the clinic gym have really helped me to get walking again and eventually return to work and continue healing. I have found that the close proximity to the pool and gym at the community centre are another benefit. The clinic staff are accommodating of my schedule and are always super nice and helpful when I attend my appointments. I highly recommend this clinic and their staff.

Got me in with very short notice and the physiotherapist was just okay. I felt like i wasted $70 for nothing. I was seen for maybe 15 mins and rushed out thr door. Wont be going back there. They don't do direct bill however so expect to pay out of pocket.

Grant has been played a key roll in my recovery process and progress to date.I truly believe that should I have started my treatment process with him in the beginning,it may have saved both time and money in the long run.I receive both IMS & Chinese Medicine as well as have some very basic but definitely beneficial exercises demonstrated and then assigned to do at home.He is very patient as well as he explains what's going on with my injury with pictures/diagrams. The appointment times are not very time consuming,which I personally like.However,I feel that the quality of time spent at my visits is excellent.I am truly grateful and so very blessed to be able to have these treatment sessions,and always look forward to them.

I'm quite happy that I was sent here for treatment for a lower back issue. Ashley has been great at tracking down the root problem of my issues. She's very professional and really knows her stuff including acupuncture which has helped me immensely. I highly recommend her.

Excellent experience all around. The Physiotherapist was thorough and patient in understanding my discomfort. Knowledgable and detailed in describing the process of IMS, what to expect during and post-treatment, and immediate relief of my symptoms!! This clinic is also conveniently located at the community centre, so you can get in some swimming rehabilitation after your appointment!

I was treated by Grant ( I think that was his name ). What a joke, I saw him twice and that was good enough for me. The first visit lasted 21 min.s, the second visit lasted 12 min.s. And out of that little time he spent most of it talking, no not talking about me, talking about himself and his techniques. This place is so bad they asked me to pay in advance, now I know why. The physio treatment I received in Oliver lasted 40 min.s and then you were on a heating pad for 10 min.s. With this clinic I received 7 min.s of treatment and the rest was talking. I can't believe the Community Center of Penticton would allow such scam artists into their building. Who made that decision?
