Josh was recommended by our family doctor and has seen our entire family over the past 2+ years. Both boys have seen him for sports related injuries and he is fantastic with kids! He has us record him doing the exercises with a phone, so we have a visual to work from at home, which helps a TON with kids! AND he does IMS and it has made SUCH a difference to us. I can't recommend him highly enough. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience working with the team! Emma was able to squeeze me in on short notice. I'm from out of town and was not looking forward to driving hours back home with lingering back and hip pain after a recent car accident. Josh was outstanding. He was patient and thorough with his treatments. Honestly wish there's a physio like Josh in the lower mainland that I can go to for ongoing care.

The team mentality and skill level in this clinic is unlike any other health care setting that I have experienced. They really come together to move their patients toward long term solutions. Josh and Shawna have been the dream team in terms of pain and symptom management. Shawna's care as a chiropractor involves a lot of active release techniques, which provides immediate relief in a non-invasive way, making pain management possible regardless of how acute symptoms are. Damaging my knee in a motorcycle accident, my doctor suggested I go to Resolve Physiotherapy to facilitate healing. My doctor recommended I see Josh as his methods have proved the most beneficial. After the first session I realized I was in good hands and several weeks later with differing exercises my knee has almost returned to normal. Josh left me with a program I can continue on my own to facilitate a full recovery. Josh' methods and hands-on approach were a perfect fit for rehabilitating my injury. His in person assessment was incredibly thorough and he even requested some video of my movements in the gym to dial in his assessment. He communicated every issue or concern he had well, and it was very clear what I needed to work on and how I would do that with the proper exercises. As someone with an athletic background and being somewhat addicted to my workouts, it was great to hear that with a few modifications I could continue to be active. I really appreciated his ability to perform manual therapy and IMS. I know every situation will be different, but I can confidently say he helped reduce my pain during my first visit. When I first went to physiotherapy I was in constant pain, a couple weeks in it was improving significantly. The hands on physiotherapy compared to other clinics where the physiotherapists would run around to other patients at the same time is much more efficient and comfortable.
