*Extreme disappointment.* During the assessment appointment, I was relieved to find a PT who would help, and seemed to care. My second appointment was 2 weeks later. At that point, I was told (after just talking) that there was "nothing they could do". I was shocked. As an RN of 31 years, I had never heard of a patient being told this. Once back in my car, I sat there & cried. I rarely cry. Hopelessness is a devastating feeling. I would not wish it on anyone. I realize now that he didn't care. I walk with 2 canes and he told me that I might benefit from "going upstairs to the gym".

My experience with Dr. Scott, has been wonderful. I was in a car accident and had never been to physiotherapist. He has awesome caring information and therapy methods. My visits have been very helpful, and beneficial for my healing process.
