I was so Blessed to hang out and work with Tami in September at our Block therapy Retreat. We spent a day working on each other practicing the Block for Bodyworkers program. She taught me so many great ways to get deeper into my body with the block as well as teaching me what she needed for her body. She is a wealth of knowledge!! The people in the Penticton area have a real treasure! She is a gifted healer. If you want to get to the root of your issues, I would highly recommend Tami.

I've only done 3 classes, and 2 weeks of at-home practice, but I have really noticed a difference. I have a desk job, so have lower back issues, as well as shoulder/arm problems The very first class I had reduced pain in my lower back and even the issues with pain in my foot subsided. There have been a couple of days where I didn't do Block Therapy and I really noticed the pain the next morning. I've already seen a difference in my posture, which also contributes to less pain while I'm sitting. All of this is very motivating to keep going with my Block Therapy!

Tammy is a fantastic practitioner! I recently had a block therapy session with her and I felt great afterwards. My Abs felt like I had a workout and were flatter. Tami on a scale of 1 to 10 you are a 12!!!!!!. The best massage/treatment I have ever had. I came in with back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain and left feeling very relaxed and pain free. Tami you are amazing, I am so happy that my massage was a Christmas Present from my family, otherwise I probably would not have come to see you. For anyone who does not know what to give for a present, give a gift certificate for a massage, my present has changed my life, feeling so much better and will be back in a month for another massage.
