I give Richard Haney's family mediation services the highest recommendation! I decided to resolve a difficult family dispute by using a professional mediation service. I did an Internet search and found The Ottawa (Nepean) Counseling & Mediation Services. I called the number and from the minute Richard spoke on the phone, there was an instant connection between us! I saw Richard for 5 sessions and found them all extremely constructive and beneficial for my family situation. They were relaxed yet engaging and I found he definitely has a knack for explaining points in ways that are not overly academic but more layman style. In particular, I was appreciative when he picked up on a particular personal trait I work on. Richard was quite impressed with how I maintained myself which I found very reassuring. I was not expecting that when I went to see a family counselor/mediator. I got more out of Richard Haney's family mediation service than I expected.
