I received a phone call over lunch hour that they had a psychologist that could see me with immediate availability. 3 hours later I called to book the appointment and it had been given away to someone else. I was told I took too long to call back. 3 hours to return a call is not a long time. This place is playing with people's lives and they don't even know it. If you are someone who gets easily frustrated by incompetency, don't go here, don't even call.

I have just placed a phone call to this agency, and was quoted $3,000-$5,000 for a simple personality disorder assessment. After calls to other psychologists-who charge on average 200-260$ an hour and have told me this is a one to two hour process- I am having trouble understanding where the extra few thousand comes from. When I asked the receptionist- her answer was "We have the right to charge whichever rates we wish". This is pure capitalization of people having a difficult time in Covid times, who become desperate and call the agency looking for help. I am in shock.

I was referred here and never received a call-back. So, 6 weeks after my referral, i called and they said an assessment for ADHD was $3,000-5,000 and that she couldn't book me for an appointment through the phone but that she'd pick my name up when I registered online. I waited two weeks before booking because I had to get my insurance in order and figure out the funds. Only for them to say "we're not taking appointments" with no suggestions on what to do next. This is a huge barrier to people who need access to mental health services.
