I have tried other therapists and felt hopeless in the process. Tara has made an enormous impact positively in my life. I wish there was more of her to go around! Her light and energy brightens your day. I find myself day of maybe not feeling like having a session, by the end I’m wishing I had way more time. She is very understanding and accepting, she never makes you feel uncomfortable sharing or feel as if she’s judging you. 10000% recommend!! However at the same time I want all the appointments to myself????
