Just wow. Front desk staff is not very welcoming for the type of establishment it is. It took too long for someone to respond to a request for an appointment, and it wasn't until another doctor sent a request for appointment there was a follow up. Glad Google has the address since the reminder voice mail was lacking that, and so was the reminder email. While I do not doubt the doctor's credentials, I do doubt the pairing with her. As well her choice of current popular phrases to emphasize the loss of an appointment and severe let down of the actual process. I'm pretty sure if I had chosen chemical intervention or requested time off from work, I may have been taken slightly more serious. And the offer of a free consultation because of a lost appointment at a time when the doctor should have know or listened to during the initial meeting, does not work for our dinamic was just adding some salt to the wound. Certainly hope noone has to go through this experience when fragile.

Canceled my appointment with one days notice telling me I can’t resheduale until after the new year. I have waited quite some time to receive help. You would think as a doctor if her word load was getting extensive she would have come to some conclusion and would have not booked further appointments. You’re better off elsewhere

This location doesn't deserve only 1 star. That's silly. They're expensive but everywhere is. Their doctors have a lot of education and credentials, and the front staff is always welcoming and polite. I haven't had to say my name or which doctor I'm seeing since my second appointment . Not every doctor is right for every person. That's going to happen sometimes, doesn't make this a bad place.

Doctor Azibuke (i think that’s how you spell it) was a great therapist for me. Very understanding, really tried to help with goal setting and finding the root of my issues. I wish I could have kept seeing him as I think it would have really improved my mental health. I have not inquired yet about whether they take insurance but if they do I will surely be seeing him regularly again.

I think they do a great job. The doctor helped me with suggestions dealing with extreme pain due to titanium rod implant in my body. And helped me with psychological trauma endured by an event so horrific it would probably traumatize anyone.
