I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Ahmad and her team and find their approach truly refreshing. Their ability to provide clinical services that cater to the specific challenges faced by newcomer and/or marginalized groups is amazing. Each team member is highly specialized and brings a wealth of knowledge and care to their work. They really cater to a patient's needs.

I should of read the reviews first before I wasted my time and money here. The therapist assigned to me was very unprofessional and showed disinterest during our session. She refused to book my appts too. Overall, horrible. Would not recommend.

This clinic has wrong advertisement on DBT. They have no training on customer service. They have do not care on how therapy may trigger you and they warn you before. But never I been warn to be isolated and not get an apology that it was not the right fit.

Dr. Saunia Ahmad, and several other psychologists at the Toronto Psychology Clinic (TPC), are my colleagues from York University. I frequently refer individuals to this clinic after having heard very positive feedback from previous clients who have accessed their services. This feedback has included that the therapists at the TPC are experienced, compassionate, and professional. The clinic is held in high esteem amongst Psychology professionals, and I would strongly recommend it to others.

Words cannot express how invaluable my time with the fine people at the Toronto Psychology Clinic has been. They gave me the tools to better manage my anxiety and allowed me to better my mental health. I really like their system, they are fully virtual right now, payments, appointments and billing was virtual which was important for me right now due to COVID and things run smoothly. The staff are professional, my psychologist was very knowledgeable. and respectful to my needs. If asked I would definitely recommend Toronto Psychology Clinic to anyone in need of help.
