Libby was so lovely as a first point of contact. Her professionalism, kindness, and support connecting me with the right therapist was out of this world. Libby is a true gem with her follow up, and her willingness to hear me out, and offering the proper guidance in connecting me with Shankari. The therapy centre is so fortunate to have a wonderful intake coordinator like Libby, who truly cares for the individuals calling in to this business. I really appreciated how warm and welcoming she was, and making this process much easier for me. Shankari is wonderful and I am so fortunate to have connected with a therapist who understood my concerns, with a deeper insight into underlying factors (cultural, societal and psychological) regarding my diagnoses. Thank you Shankari and Libby- I would highly recommend the therapy centre to anyone needing support.

Terrible front desk clerk, seem very arrogant not helpful, trying to inquire about therapy and told to email therapist no other way to contact them, and you just have to hope someone will get back to you, I did that and have been playing phone tag with one of the therapists explained this to the front desk, she didnt seem to care told me sorry email is the only way to get in touch with the therapist and they do not give out their phone number even when emailed. Terrible.. 2 thumbs down

Friendly and understanding. I was able to set up an appointment quickly for my daughter. It went very well. Libby explained the process and made great suggestions for the virtual experience. It’s clear she really knows her job well and cares about the clients.
