Beautiful space and kind people. I felt very relaxed in this environment.
The office is beautiful and comfortable which is a wonderful first impression. My appointments with Liz for physiotherapy have been great. She knows her stuff and has worked with MY needs, making sure I am comfortable and only learning as much as I can handle at each appointment. I have seen improvement which is so encouraging.
This was an amazing experience. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity I was recieved while going here. Thank you!
Mallory is patient, polite and very helpful. I have appreciated her services for the past year and continue to look up to her for guidance and support. She has been a huge help to myself and my family through some challenging times.
Calista is my pelvic floor physiotherapist and she is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I've tried to write this review multiple times, with every attempt to do justice to just how wonderful the facility and more importantly the staff are at Pine. I first heard of Pine Integrated Health Centre through a work connection who runs a women's fitness studio called Fit Your Life. After finding them on social media, I would constantly find myself being intrigued and pulled into reading their posts. A group of female practitioners in various disciplines related to the whole health of women at every stage of their lives! It sounded too good to be true. When I found out I was pregnant, I used the opportunity to book in for my first appointment with a nutritionist. As a lacto vegetarian I wanted to ensure my growing babe was getting all of the nutrition they needed to thrive. Barbara and I had a 7am appointment, which may sound horrible to some, but was actually a blessing for me to be able to fit in before work. She approached our appointment in a totally non judgemental way and tried to get to the root of how and why I ate the way I do and designed a plan for me to ensure I was hitting all the nutrient goals I needed to during pregnancy. I also book in regularly for massage with Angila. She is wonderfully accommodating through the stages of pregnancy to make sure that you are comfortable. Conversation is the most natural thing with her which can be hard to find in a massage therapist. I saw Jada in my first trimester for acupuncture to work on a few morning sickness issues. She suggested if I continued to feel good, to postpone booking any more treatments until week 34 to start preparing for birth. She makes you feel so relaxed and uses a combination of needles, cupping and heat lamps. Jillian is one of the owners of the facility and specializes in pelvic floor physiotherapy. At week 20, I saw her for a prenatal assessment. Jill is funny, kind and makes you feel so comfortable in what could otherwise be an awkward situation. I recently also attended the Bump to Baby workshop which focused on the mechanics of giving birth, letting go of fear and being ultra prepared to bring your baby into the world. Jill and the other instructors are SO passionate about their areas of expertise and it really shows. The gals at the front desk are wonderful! The office is the perfect combination of professional while still being comfortable and cozy. I've started to feel like family when I walk in the door and I can only imagine this is what the owners and employees dreamt up when they first opened this centre. I should also mention that between mine and husband's benefits, I haven't paid a penny out of pocket. I consider myself incredibly privileged to have access to these services and you can be assured that the administrators at the front desk will do everything they can to work with your benefit provider too. They also offer lactation counselling, intuitive eating workshops, pre and post natal fitness (through Fit Your Life) and counselling psychology. I would (obviously) recommend going to Pine for any and all of your whole body health concerns.
Nothing short of amazing. I saw Jillian before she opened Pine and she helped me get back to 'normal' postpartum. I saw her again after my second pregnancy pre and postpartum and she helped me immensely. Cannot recommend and thank her enough!
Jill is a great physiotherapist! She is patient and understanding and has great bedside manner. The location is central and everyone here is super friendly. Highly recommend ????
Had my first appointment yesterday with Lisa. She's very professional and knowledgable. She gave me the information I need to understand my body and how it functions in order to appreciate the specific exercises she assigned to me. She made me feel comfortable during my appointment. I like how they look at a person holistically and not just treat the symptom. This is what sets them apart from other providers.
I am so happy I found Pine as my postpartum journey would have looked so different otherwise. Jill is an exceptionally knowledgeable PT and makes you feel at ease instantly. After a very difficult labour and delivery, she has helped me come back to feeling normal. I would recommend her to all my pregnant and postpartum friends.
Jillian Palmer is absolutely the best pelvic floor therapist . So so knowledgeable, caring, best bed side manor and overall has incredible understanding of the women's anatomy and can help you with anything you want to overcome. Changed my life for real!!! Love you.
It's a warm and inviting environment, the physical therapy is excellent and they take their time with each client. Went here for support prenatal and postpartum.
I can't say enough good things about Pine integrated Health. This is my second 'round' seeing them. I am pregnant again and want to make sure all is in good order for baby #2s delivery. Side note: totally worth coming for multiple pregnancies. I saw Filipa Da Cruz Godinho this time and she was fantastic. She is so thorough and respectful. She asked if I wanted her to talk about what she is seeing as we went or if I'd prefer her just to make notes. I love hearing assessments so I was really happy to have her walk me through everything. She was very personable and is very educated in her field!
What a wonderful clinic! Pine provides high quality and compassionate care to all who attend. They have an incredible female staff from a range of professions. You immediately feel comfortable, and nurtured from the moment you walk in the door. You know you're in good hands. I recommend this clinic to all who experience any pelvic floor issues, and especially issues related to pregnancy and postpartum. From physiotherapy, massage, counselling, lactation consulting, dietetics, acupuncture, even pilates and yoga, this awesome women run business is top of the charts.
Can’t recommend Jill Palmer and her team of physios at Pine enough! Both the staff and environment are welcoming and professional. Jill is passionate and extremely informative with extensive education and experience in women’s health - she also makes you feel comfortable and at ease immediately! I love the convenience of online booking and payments as well!
I love how Fit your Life has expanded into this beautiful space. The mural in the studio is so cool. It's bright, clean, and easy to get to via Calgary Trail. It's located in the C-HEALTH building upstairs, but there is an elevator for lugging up huge bucket seats! Very nice space, and I'm excited to explore more of their services.
I've seen quite a few different practitioners at Pine for various treatments and have been very impressed with everyone. I highly reccomend Pine to anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to health. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. The girls at the front desk are always so welcoming and there is loads of free parking which is an added bonus. Cannot say enough great things, I am constantly recommending Pine.
Great therapists at a good location! Serene environment with ample parking. Time management is great and follow up is top notch.
My whole family has seen several health care providers at Pine. We've been very satisfied and impressed with everyone there. You can tell how much they care about their community. Their physio, massage, acupuncture, and speech therapists are all excellent. Their front end is friendly and competent. Great location, ample parking, welcoming environment. Couldn't recommend them more.
I have visited a few of the practitioners here and all of them have been amazing. So supportive, very knowledgable. I highly recommend the Pine team!
A warm and accommodating facility for women's health! The staff are encouraging and welcoming. I would, and do, recommend Pine Health to all my lady friends postpartum and during pregnancy. Also, they are great for men and families. Great work Pine Health! Keep being awesome.
Our son had an SLP assessment with Jennifer. She was very gentle with our son and helped provide us with some strategies to assist with some specific speech challenges that he was having. She also was very patient with us and answered our multiple questions and made it easy for us to incorporate the treatment plan within our daily lives. Our son was shy to begin with but quickly warmed up to her and was smiling and interactive throughout the assessment. Great experience and well worth the cost! Also found the atmosphere at the clinic to be warm, welcoming and very clean environment! Certainly recommend to anyone needing some extra SLP support for their children!!!
Everyone is so warm and friendly, easy to find, easy parking. Not to mention, Jada is the absolute sweetest human and most amazing acupuncturist. Highly recommend!
Great facility, awesome friendly staff, and amazing doctors!
I found the best lactation consultant Edmonton has! Highly recommend Pine Health if you are having trouble breastfeeding. Definitely worth the drive in from Sherwood Park. Their online booking system is great too.
I've visited here for several different services and I am always impressed by their staff! Everyone who works at Pine is professional and educated on the specific needs of their clients. I highly recommend Pine if you are pregnant or postpartum, or just want a place that is knowledgeable of the female body.
Amazing health approach. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff!!
Met with Jill Palmer for pre-birth prep information and pelvic floor health, and I learned so much! I am so happy I went to Pine. The space is beautiful and inviting, Jill is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and empowering and I feel much more prepared for my first birth in just 7 weeks!
Our daughter saw Jennifer (SLP) at Pine. She was very professional and personable. Our daughter had such a good time that she did not want to leave. Would highly recommend Jennifer.
I went to see Laura for massage at Pine and she was amazing! I am looking forward to seeing Lisa for my pelvic floor physio and love that I can access all these services in one place. It's a great, beautiful space!
