Changing my review from last year from one star to five. They really stepped it up this last year. Someone always answers the phone when I call. Staff are very nice and helpful.

I wouldn't even give it a star. Damn services are bad and administration help are bad. Rule number one in administration clerk. Smile n greet. Ughhh or go home and give that bad day to someone else!!!

Gosh I miss Dr. Hansen. she has helped me a lot, but the experience that I had on the phone with a new doctor was lousy. I will never go this clinic again

SCAM - No doctor that knows what they are doing. I am seriously disappointed with this care clinic routine. You can not get a referral because you need a family doctor. You can not book for a family doctor because they are all FULL. circle continues. This doctor is leaving and this doctor is only here for 2 weeks and "Dr. Livingstone" thinks a serious cough and fever is normal. While they charge your Health Care Card again and again, our tax dollars are gone and doctors are getting rich and I'm still sick.
