Very disappointed. We brought our two young children here and was told it would be 50 minutes of therapy per child, for $200 each child. We arrived early, was taken into the room at 5minues after, and one child dismissed from the room 35 minutes later, and our other child was already in the waiting area so who knows how much earlier he was dismissed. So, 30-35 minutes per child, and brought this up to the manager. She said it was supposed to be 50 minutes but maybe they incorporated disinfection time of toys into the 50 minutes (which was not mentioned prior to booking) ,well we mentioned that we witnessed the male therapist put toys back into the shelves without spraying or wiping, just putting them back. He said since patients use hand sanitizer prior that disinfecting is unnecessary. So the time taken away was definitely not for disinfecting, and shouldn't be counted as therapy time anyway. We did not feel welcome here, and the therapist was very snappy and passive aggressive with us, telling my wife that if the therapist starts late he would not keep us late to make up the time, but charge us the same. And so, 30-35 minutes per child, and after we spoke to the manager still paid $400. I should mention that they wouldnt let us even book an appointment with our kids unless we had a phone interview with the therapists, so it was $400 for us to have a phone call for both kids, the male therapist called late because he said he couldnt find our phone number too. So overall for 30-35 minute in-person appointment we paid $800 total for both kids. Had we known of how unwelcome we would feel while here, we would not have come. My son cried so much and was in worse shape leaving than coming because he got kicked out of the room early, it was terrible. After I asked the therapist anything he said "book yourself a session and we can discuss further. It will be another $200 to ask questions about him", and answered nothing. He also kept saying "if you're not okay, shall we cancel all upcoming appointments? I appreciate your opinion, but hows about we dont re-book" very passive aggressively. Also, the manager said she would contact my wife with another therapist who would help us with a diagnosis session, and told us the person should contact us same day or very very soon. It's been weeks. No phone call/message.
