If you suffer from PTSD due to a car accident, beware of working with Dr. Higginbottom. Despite saying whatever she needs to in order to gain your trust, she actively works with ICBC to give them reasons to justify cutting off your benefit entitlement.

Dr Higginbottom falls asleep during sessions. I personally sat and watched Dr Higginbottom on 3 seperate occassions fall asleep during my session. Once while there had been a young lady murdered right outside her office. Dr Higginbottom is a terrible Dr. Never helped helped but was happy to take money from myself and ICBC for treatment she never provided. And for some reason she doesn't like Persians or Chinese people...
