All of the staff we have met or spoken to at Touch are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their space is clean and welcoming to both pets and pet parents alike. We have been working with Eric to help our rescue dog learn to manage her nervousness and improve her behaviour around other dogs. Eric's knowledge and his years of experience are evident as soon as you meet him. It is clear that he loves his work and genuinely cares about his clients. His follow up with us has been way above and beyond what I ever would have expected. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is just a genuinely great person. I have a never ending list of great things to say about Touch and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming and loving team to help their furry family members.

I had the pleasure of meeting Laurel and the staff there today with my tri-paws Lewis! The experience was pawsome! I was shown many methods to help Lewis' and his body stay in top form after his amputation! i was also given several e-books to use at home with him Well worth the money and ty for the support!!! These people are amazing!! Molly, a lab-shepherd cross had a horrific accident. When Molly started at Touch, she had to be carried in.(thank you staff)This was mid September. Through their professionalism and knowledge which they shared so that we could treat her at home as well without hurting her, I am so happy to say that by mid October, Molly is walking with us on our bush trails. Thanks so much to the staff , with a shout out to Bow Meow grooming for listening to Molly voice her opinion ( every time) on the treatment she was receiving. Highly Recommended!!

Very kind and great service. Easy to tell the whole staff truly cares about each animal that is brought in. Very accommodating and excellent at handling the animals. Facilities are great and well equipped. Highly recommend for both therapy or grooming.

Just started my old boy on hydro and laser therapy here and he is already improving. He is calm when I pick him up which means he enjoyed it and trusts them. The staff is delightful even at 9am lol. I have such peace of mind knowing he is in great hands getting the best care and I will continue driving from Sudbury because its worth it. Thank you for all you do.

Really nice worker's, and they know how to handle pet's. They all work as a team from front desk to groomer or rehabilitation care giver. They are amazing worker's.
