Kevin, our instructor, was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with first aid. He knows the course material extremely well and knows how to teach it so everyone understands. I prefer the St. John course to other companies because this has the right amount of hands on training as well as theory. Other courses spend way too much time on simple practical skills that really just take a minute or two.

this is the most ridiculous place for a business because its never open during regular hours, only a couple days a week so if you miss one day you have to spend time traveling to get there another day. then when you get there sometimes there is a sign on the door that the person isnt even there or has stepped out!!!! how can i register for a class and get information when there is no one ever there? i have tired three times now and called and the phone just rings and rings and rings. poor business practices for such a big company, i know st john ambulance from Hamilton and i never had problems there when i lived and worked as a nurse in anacaster. why is it so hard to get any services in north bay that are up to par with this company's reputation?
