Big snobby disgusted look I got still but still I asked a price for a boy's haircut she said that they're booked for good 6 month go somewhere else I guess my clothes was not expensive or looking enough for her to want to serve me and my child..... oh and she still did not provide me with the information about the boys haircut she avoided answering it she just wanted me to leave the shop

I have been a longtime client of Luxe Laser and highly recommend their services. Every service I have had the opportunity to enjoy has been wonderful. The staff are very knowledgeable and specialists in their professions. Each client is treated as an individual and services are tailored to them based on their desired needs or results. They made the prep for my wedding day in 2019 stress free and my skin absolutely glowed (thank you Christina and Marsha!). Luxe has recently specialized their services and their new location is bright and comfortable. I highly recommend Luxe Laser and suggest if you are interested, book a consultation...you will be glad you did.

Over the past year, I've had laser treatments and I'm very happy with the results. I know I'm going to need maintenance treatments but the laser treatments have significantly cut down the time I spend shaving or waxing. Also, about a month ago, I booked a pedicure with Sarah. She did a phenomenal job. So, I've called to book another appointment with her. I highly recommend Luxe.

Favourite place in town! Always greeted with a smile and positive ambiance! I have gone to Luxe for numerous treatments including facials, manis, pedis, Forma and laser hair removal. All treatments had amazing results! The atmosphere is very professional and high quality. You can easily see the difference in education and standards the moment you walk in. I always feel super comfortable with all staff!

I had laser treatments over the course of several months. I had initial results, but it was all back within a few months. I understand laser treatment doesn't work for everyone and this review has nothing to do with the lack of results. What I was really left unimpressed with was the way they handle their clients and appointment scheduling. I had asked on a few occasions to make sure I had a reminder call for my appointments. After I didn't receive one, they said their booking system would send me an email reminder. The first time, they had entered an incorrect email address. The second time, I did receive one, and the third time, I didn't receive anything. When I did miss an appointment, I never received a call to reschedule or even a call to see if I was on my way. My last appointment was in July (which was missed) and I never heard from them since. As a client in what's supposed to be a luxury spa in North Bay, I didn't feel taken care of. There are better options in town for services. If you really want a luxury spa experience, I recommend Tranquility Spa.

I have been going to Luxe for over a year now, and this by far my favourite place in all of North Bay’s Spas. You feel more than welcome the minute you walk in the door from the professional ladies who work there, and you can be sure that you’re 10000% taken care of. I’ve had the Brazilian, under arm, and lower leg laser treatments done and I’m over the moon happy with my results. It was painless and super effective. Luxe works with your schedule and offers Phone, and email appointment reminders which are SUPER convenient and appreciated with my busy schedule. Aside from Laser treatments, I’ve also turned to Luxe for my skin care. Christina worked with me and my skin concerns to find me an amazing skin routine that I actually love doing day/night. And to be honest, unlike other skin care lines available out there, I’m actually seeing significant differences in the look & feel of my skin. I really can’t say enough good things about Luxe, I very much look forward to my appointments cause it’s literally like hanging out with your best Girlfriends!! I will definitely continue to turn to Luxe for any/all skin services in the future. I’m hooked on this place, obsessed!
