I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey at the restaurant that I had worked at and upon serving her and talking, I expressed that I was in a lot of pain from serving, but also from being a very athletic person. She gave me her card and explained that her practice was about nurturing the body and calming the muscles down using aromatherapy and essential oils. I quickly made an appointment and can honestly say that after years of massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic, she is perhaps the most talented, genuine and helpful professional in the field. Her prices are reasonable and she always goes above and beyond to understand her clients and their lifestyles in order to better focus on their specific needs. I thank her for the changes she has made in my life in and out of the most relaxing office I have ever been in. I definitely recommend!!

Kelsey is fantastic! Not only is she a competent RMT, she takes the time to learn about your needs and is a practicing yoga instructor so she will show you some gentle movements/stretches/poses you can do on your own to strengthen weaker areas, etc. She has helped me out of a bind (neck to be specific) on more than one occasion. When my kids needed attention (7 & 9yo hockey players with back and leg issues respectively), Kelsey was very patient with them, talked them through what she was doing and why. They both had excellent experiences and felt so much better afterward. Oh - and she has a muscle relief bath soak that is amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
