I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous about taking the plunge into trying a reiki session. Kayla was amazing at reassuring me and making me feel at ease about it all. BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE! I suffer from a few chronic/ autoimmune disorders as well as some mental health issues, and these sessions have given me hope in regards to my conditions. The sensations that are experienced during these sessions are amazing and feel amazing for days if not weeks. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I've had very positive experiences with Kayla.. She is always understanding of concerns I may have before a reiki session, and thoroughly explains to me what to expect / how the session will take place. She never hesitates to answer any questions I may have. She is also comforting during sessions. She allows me to choose what is best for me. Which means a lot to me that she is respectful of my boundaries. There was a session where I was so overwhelmed (which was not her fault, as I was dealing with a traumatic issue) and I had asked her if it was ok to stop and continue another day, she completely respected my request and didn't push me to continue / put me in an uncomfortable situation. This really showed me that she truly cares for her clients wellbeing and comfortability. I highly recommend Kayla because of her excellent customer service, but also because I know from experience that reiki sessions with her are beneficial, and in my case, life changing.
