Dr.Lam took his time during my appointment and was very informative. Christine was an incredible help with finding the right glasses and took her time to give me her honest opinion about what worked and what didn't. I brought my son here to have his eye issues addressed, I almost couldn't belive how amazing they were here. Apart from reception through email, they seem to lack a bit in this area. Nevertheless the staff and the doctor were patient and knowledgeable. They made my son, who was a bit nervous, feel comfortable about the eye exam and the notion of needing eye glasses. Haley is hands down the best! I even booked an appointment for myself! A large selection of frames to choose from and at every price point! I don't leave many reviews, but customer service like this should be recognized. Thank you!

We called them in January 2020 to book appts for my husband and me, our appt was for June 11, 2020, a couple weeks before our appt. They called and asked us if they can cancel our appt and rebook, we said okay, here we're sitting waiting for them to call, finally got fed up with waiting so I called them today June 24 to see when will they book us for, and all of a sudden Dana the person I spoke with, said that because of covid-19 they're not taking new patients, so I asked why didnt you tell us when you cancelled our appt that you're not taking new patients, no answer to that. They have no decency at all. THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE LOUSY ????????????????Waited 6 whole months for our appt., they have no we don't like people giving us the run around we're in our late 60's and 70's and if we had known ftom the start they're going to do this to us, we would have booked with someone else

My family and I have been going to Dr. Cobean since 2008. There is no one we trust more with the health of our eyes and our children’s eye’s. The office if full of vibrant professionals that are very eager to help and answer any questions you may have. The eye exam is extremely thorough and makes you feel very confident in the future of your eyes knowing that such detailed examinations occur annually. Any eye issues we have, we go to Dr. Cobean or Dr. Kincaid. The frame selection and current trending eye wear is always available there and if you’re set on a pair that isn’t there…you’ll have it in two days. I highly recommend Eye Associates of North Bay and am embarrassed I haven’t written a review sooner.

Don't go here....asked for a detailed receipt for my insurance company explaining basically why they charge twice as much as anyone else because the receipt only says eye exam...they refused and said thats the standard price and thats all our computer system does...I said I just need something, hand written even, just something that details the charge for each procedure in order for me to get a partial refund from my insurance company, nothing fancy, which part was for vision testing and which part was other testing...they still refused. I said your not willing to do anything to assist me, I am not asking for anything difficult....the answer was still no. SO UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TO BE OVER CHARGED, STAY AWAY!!!!

O.M.G. i can see so clearly again..i am amazed at the AWESOME team at Dr. Cobeans office. I have been back and forth with eye issues since March and Dr.Cobean and his team of beauties have been absolutely amazing!!!! They genuinely care about your eye health and overall health for that matter.They take the time to be personable and professional...no matter what is going on in that busy office. Awesome experience every time I walk through the doors. All the doctors and staff members have excellent knowledge in all aspects of eye care and are very friendly. Not only do they care about the health of your eyes, they care about the customers. I personally witnessed an employee hold an umberella for a patient in a wheelchair until they got on the bus. I highly recommend for all of your eye care needs.
