I have been seeing Dr. Bagnulo for several months now to treat a very complicated elbow fracture. He uses several modalities during my treatments and is always caring and patient. He is an extremely knowlegable and gifted chiropractor who is on the leading edge and I know my healing is top priority while I am being treated. The entire team at the clinic are warm and welcoming. It feels like family.

After visiting chiropractors in the past, and only getting some relief from my lower back and leg pain I decided to switch things up and try visiting Dr. Nick at WIN. After 2 weeks he has allowed me to feel the best I have felt in months, and working with me on an action plan to address the underlying issue of the pain, through in office treatment, as well as at home exercises "homework" rather than just symptomatic relief i received from other chiropractors. I highly recommend Dr. Nick at WIN for being super friendly and explaining everything in a level of detail that makes it easy to understand! :)

Incredible customer service - this is one fantastic care team. Every single member of the WIN health team is deserving of praise. Between my career, sports and other adventures (or mis-adventures!), I can count on WIN Health as a part of my physical recovery, and I have so much confidence in their abilities to help and direct my physical healing, that it's good for my mental well being as well. I have utilized their multi-disciplines - which is super convenient to have under one roof. I was first directed to them YEARS ago when I had a bicep tear and brachial plexus injury, I was seeing physio at another clinic, and found that I was feeling worse after every session. A close family friend suggested I go see Dr. Bagnulo, and after the FIRST session, I felt better than I had from seeing the physiotherapy group for 3 months. I highly recommend their services. My experience started with a phone call to make an appointment. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. They called to remind of my appointment the day before. I had Jeff for my physiotherapist. He was very professional but very friendly and caring. I would recommend this place if you need a physiotherapist.

I just moved to Niagara Falls and was really needing treatment. I am recovering from spinal surgery and pain relief is something I value and take seriously. I wasnt sure what to expect at Win but I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with their services. I was able to book that same day a massage, chiro and acupuncture all back to back. What an amazing experience Dana (RMT) was awesome and very knowledgeable! Conner did chiro and acupuncture, and WOW what an experience! I’ve had this type of treatment before but never quite like that. His technique worked wonders and I feel sooo much better! With all 3 treatments I walked out feeling like a new woman! Thanks so much for accommodating me on such short notice with such outstanding service. I will definitely be returning to Win.

I had severe back pain when I was introduced to winhealth.Dr. Matt bird has got my back...back into shape.With referred pain He knew exactly where to put the acupuncture needles to alleviate my pain.He keeps my symptoms at bay.I recently tore up my ankle and quickly called Winhealth.Again Dr. Matt Bird got me back on my feet.I wouldn't have been walking so quickly if it wasnt for him.They have the latest in everything.All the chiropractors are great.I definitely recommend them.You will love it.

In 2017 I had shoulder surgery to repair my torn rotator cuff. The Surgeon recommended that I visit WIN. I went there for the first 6 weeks of my rehabilitation, and they were great. I never had to wait, I was always looked after and the entire staff was very friendly and courteous. More importantly the results were great. I'm back to normal and have no limitations to my daily activities. If you live in the area and are looking for a place that can help with your recovery I would highly recommend WIN Health Solutions.

Dr Bird has been the biggest help to my recovery from a pinched nerve caused by a bulging disc in my neck. He has been the best solution for my health condition. After suffering with immense pain, anxiety and psychological problems, a friend recommended Dr. Matthew Bird at WIN Health Solutions. I was skeptical at first (after all he was one of many practitioners I have seen) but he won me over with his unique and extraordinary method of treatment. I began talking about my life and struggles and he listened. Really listened. His approach to helping the body which involved chiropractic and acupuncture and now stretch techniques have given me back some of my former physical capabilities. I may have crawled in back in April but now I walk out with my head held high. More importantly, Dr. Matt encouraged (and sometimes cajoled) me to find inner peace, strength and calmness. Dr. Matt is very knowledgeable about the body and the affect emotions can play. I had never made that connection in the past and it has been very freeing both emotion, physically and psychologically. I was referred to this clinic by a friend. The clinic was clean and very beautiful looking. I even had an initial assessment which left me feeling happy. I had high hopes for this institution. When I came back for my appointment I felt unimportant to the physiotherapist who was doing my treatment. She ignored my physical signs of discomfort and pain.. WHILE watching television as she was doing my treatment. She applied the STIM machine to me which was extremely painful as it had been turned up too high and left it on me while treating other people.. I did mention that it was too high, but this was ignored. She knew my past but I felt as if she was careless with me given my contraindications. She would routinely put me in painful positions and positions that were extremely limited given my range of motion. This experience has left me hesitant to return, if at all.

I wanted to share what a positive experience it has been for me seeing Dr. Overstrom at Win. I had never seen a chiropractor prior and figured I was to young to need to go to one (well at least I felt young.) Wow! Was this ever foolish thinking on my part. I ended up throwing my back out fixing my sock…. my Sock!!! So I reluctantly called, booked and limped in with my sore back and bruised pride. Dr. Overstrom was very welcoming, extremely professional and just an all around nice guy. Any reservations I had about seeing a chiropractor previously went completely out the window the first time I stepped foot in this clinic. The front desk staff are also lovely and very accommodating, the office is spotless & beautiful. As for my back it is feeling much better and I have Dr. Overstrom to thank for this. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Tania for an issue with Her quadricep. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter. She focused on her and pushed her to get better. The office/reception staff are lovely. ZERO issues with billing through my insurance. Cancellations or schedule changes were brought to my attention in a timely manner which enabled me to re-book without need to shuffle my schedule around. The office is also spotless/very clean. After a number visits (and counting) I can highly recommend Dr. Nick Slowinski. He was able to put my concerns at ease and pinpoint the cause of my injury (back and neck related through contact sports). All of the treatments were specific to my injury and in the end very effective. He's the real deal.

A great place to relieve your body of aches and pains. They have chiropractic, physiotherapy and natural patholic services. Ernie is the best when it comes to chiropractic services. Good modern equipment such as laser heat treatment s. Also a very cool upscale place with customer convenience s such as wifi, tv, washroom, music via Sonos speakers.
