Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and find the problem. He has multiple methods of dealing with the injury to speed up the healing process. I have attended Physiosense for two different problems 1 year apart. I was given a good regime of exercises that helped strengthen the knees over time and each week had more strength and less pain.
