Anabel was wonderful! So pleasant to talk with during my appointment. I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain for a month, and she was kind and explained what she was doing, how it would help, and what possibly has been contributing to my pain. She was absolutely lovely, and very professional. Even during COVID, when close contact is always stressful, she made me feel comfortable and safe in my appointment. She gave me some stretches to do at home to try and mitigate the issues I am having, and clearly advised how to proceed with future appointments. I will definitely go back. The booking online was easy and very convenient. There were lots of RMT's to choose from with availability, even on short notice. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at Niagara Falls Massage Therapy and Wellness Centre!

I had recently had work done by Brianna and wasn't impressed with the session. Brianna was friendly an professional but her massage skills seem a little unrefined for me. Also I swear I was on that table about 5 minutes short a full 1 hour massage.

I've been here twice now to see Todd and he truly is the best at what he does. I had a terrible pain in my lower back for a few weeks that wouldnt seem to go away. The day after seeing todd I didnt even realize that the pain was gone. I highly recommend him to everyone now. Hes very professional, and he'll make you laugh. I'd never see anyone else. It's not easy to find a good RMT that understands an athlete's physical conditions during different sports on and off season, I found Todd Bennett over two years ago and I don't go anywhere else. He is always on time, attentive, very professional, clean and has an immense knowledge of the tissue and ligaments, how and which muscles are involved in each particular movement. I have times I can barely straighten up and he has always been able to help me. Highly recommend Todd Bennett at Niagara Falls Massage Therapy!

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and let me tell you it was amazing. I had the kindest massage therapist and so did he. I regularly get massages back home and after this experience I know I need to find a new one because this massage was incredible. I missed her name but the therapist found every knot and really took the time to work everything out. I was sore the next day but in the best way and my back was feeling better than ever. She was also lovely to talk to and so were the other staff members around. All and all an excellent experience and we will be back if we're ever in the area!
