Just had an amazing massage with Kim Hall. She was a master of muscles and I recommend her to anyone travelling through Sydney. The clinic is bright and clean - the fireplaces in the treatment rooms are a nice touch. And you can't beat the price.

Not impressed with massage addict. Business is run very poorly. Secretary makes you feel uncomfortable when you don't want to tip (didnt want to tip because of service) an RTM was VERY rude to me and made me feel like I was a burden while being there!!!!!. She acted very stuck up and big headed. Will not be back. WOW (only sydney location obviously).

My first time getting a deep tissue massage was with Elizabeth at Massage Addict today. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel so comfortable during my massage. She has a lot of knowledge and I have got some great tips that I learned from her. I recommend seeing her if you book here! All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Terrible service. The businesses booking system is bad. The representatives are not nice or friendly. The business is unprofessional and difficult to work with. Other than a few good massages after paying over $1000.00 for services, this business doesn’t care about anybody other than themselves and their bottom line and has nothing more to offer.
