I appreciate your feedback regarding your experience at Kings Bridge Massage Therapy. I will take into consideration what you have said to improve my services and clinic in general, I would like to say that yes, My Clinic is located in a Old Home, and in an old home in St.John’s it comes with certain characteristics that are out of my control, but I would like to ensure you and the general public that the Clinic is well kept, and cleaned on a daily basis. I would also like to touch on the problem you had with your timing of your massage, it was in fact your first visit to the clinic where you are obligated to fill out the required health history forms, and the interview process with your first visit to any Massage Therapy clinic can cut into your allotted 1 hour for your massage. In saying that though I can completely understand your frustration and will let new clients know to show up 10-15 minutes earlier to ensure they receive their complete 1 hour massage to avoid this problem again. Also I do have different options for music during the massage, you have to do is let me know your preference, in this case it just so happens the person I treated before you might have preferred the radio to relaxation music, but I will be sure to ask my clients what their preference for music will be from now on. Some nice relaxing spa music would be great and not the local pop radio station, to help relax for a massage. Also, I realize it's a older house but they need to freshen up the musty smell. Lesley's technique was great and she did a great job with regards to the massage. The only thing is I paid for an hour and the massage was around 45 minutes long. She needs to be more careful with that.

Today was my 3rd session with Lesley and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with her work. I have been to other massage therapists before, but Lesley is by far the best. She really knows what she is doing. She has the warmest and strongest, yet the most gentle hands. She is very diligent with time, which is great. Her office is also very tastefully decorated and calming. Thanks for a great experience!
