I am pleased that this place exists but the customer service is seriously lacking. I called the Centre one morning to book an appointment. The woman that answered the phone simply told me that she was a new employee, did not know if anyone was available, and that I should try next week. I asked if she knew of any other offices nearby that offered anything similar. She did not know. She referred me to no one and directed me nowhere. I found this shockingly dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the sensitive nature of their services.
