Karen's ability to soothe clients suffering with anxiety through hypnotherapy is amazing. For me, the effects of her hypno last for days and really make a difference in the level of anxiety I feel. Her attentive ear and compassionate, relaxing nature make her the perfect person for anyone to confide in. I can't say enough good things about her, she helped me get out of my own head and gave me a better perspective on reality. I love her, call her, she will surprise you.

On-line Hypnotherapy. COVID-19 - the Disruptor; STAY HOME Two sessions later, what an amazing experience. Not only did it work for me, but the benefits of being in my own home, my own space, I am sure made a strong contribution to my personal progression. During the sessions, Karen's voice, guidance and skills were familiar, clear and soothing. It's as if we were in the same room. And what was even better about being at home; I didn't have to drive afterwards. I highly recommend taking a "leap of faith" during these extraordinary times.
