Good people and friendly staff. I am thankful for Vitalty being here in town, visiting every few months helps keep my spine healthy and manage back pain from being in front of a computer all day. Dee has taught me several stretches I can do at home to help prevent muscles from seizing up and they have helped greatly.

This is a one stop shop for me, the chiropractic treatments are like no other I have had, Brodie is great! Emily does amazing massage topped off with a hot towel that she gently trickles over your back, so good! As for the yoga studio, it's beautiful with a skylight for natural lighting. Best of all is Melissa, she is incredible! A highly skilled, very well versed teacher who has a dedicated following. Awesome staff with professional service keeps me coming back.

Amazing Chiropractors. Dee Anne's locum (Laura) is also amazing, very happy they brought in a like minded individual to help their clients. They never pressure for follow up appointments, and always do some muscle work before any adjustments are made. Not your typical snap, crack and get you out of there chiropractor. Thank you vitality! Keep up the fantastic work!
