Love Tea Garden! Very comfortable, welcoming and friendly environment. Staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I saw Samantha for sugar waxing and have nothing but positive things to say. No bumps, irritation, redness, or pain. Just a tad during the process, but it's manageable. :)

My favourite spa. All services they offer are extremely well done, all staff are friendly, accommodating and very talented. I drive 6 hours to Nelson to get my hair done with Mark and have never left feeling anything less than ecstatic with the results. Went in for a lash lift. The experience it's self was great! She has was very friendly and professional. However the end result was very disappointing! My lashes were not lifted at all. After a very lengthy conversation with the front girl I received a full refund. The shop was very clean and organize.

Love this place! Got the best facial I've ever had from here and my skin was glowing for weeks! I also did not have any breakouts for a long time after the facial. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care for their clients. The aestheticians are very knowledgeable and customize care for your skin.

Found this place while I was in Nelson for my birthday. So glad I did! Very professional yet homey. All staff I came into contact with were pleasant and welcoming. Very unwelcoming, unprofessional and unorganized. My appointment was messed up three separate times despite booking a month in advance. It ended up resulting in the worst wax and customer service I've ever experienced. I spent good money on something that I did not want due to the fact that the esthetician made a huge mistake.

I had my lashes done my Megan for my wedding, the lashes themselves look plastic and cheap. By the time I got him from the appointment a good number of the lashes had lifted and are now sharp, poking into my lower lids and eyes. When I called to see if anything could be done the technician argued and offered to have them removed. It’s honesly been a total nightmare. I don’t want to go back and now I’ve got these hideous things glued to my eyes for my wedding.

I have had massage and acupuncture several times from Melisa, her training in both eastern and western practices makes her quite unique in her treatments. Anytime I am injured or sore this is my go to for treatment and Melisa has been able to help me heal quickly from both sports and RSI related injuries. I have also had my hair cut at the spa by a couple of different stylists who I have always been happy with; most recently by Mark who did an excellent job. Great place, great people. 100% recommended.

So happy with my microblading by Melisa ! They look amazing, she was so thorough, she made sure she knew what I wanted and blended the colours to get a perfect fit for me. I'm so happy I love them and I've already had so many compliments on them! Laura also has done an amazing balayage ombre on my hair. I left the spa feeling totally spoilt! My Mother, sister and I visited the Tea Garden Salon and Spa to have facials done on my birthday. My Mother and sister both had a very nice service, and we all had 90 minute facials booked. The owner had a cancellation, so she ended up doing mine and cutting it down to 65 minutes. She knew it was my birthday, and afterwards I mentioned that she had cut my time short and she said "Oh I gave you 75 minutes." The whole thing felt very rushed and from the sound of it, my sister and Mom had a much more relaxed experience. My Mom also had her eyebrows tinted however, and she specifically asked for a darker colour on her eyebrows, to which she was told that the lighter one would be better. Unfortunately it didn't even look like they had been done at all. When I emailed my concerns to the owner, she did not reply. I find this to be very unprofessional and I will not be going back.

Had my hair done by Laura. I was charged too much, but its okay since I want my hair to be pretty and all. My hopes are high since she is a senior stylist but nope. She said I only have 3hours for my hair to be done. It is not my fault that she is fully booked, I paid a full service. She rushed everything. And since she doesnt have enough time, she asked me to leave without my hair blown dry. I walked out the salon with my hair dripping. My hair color is not even too. And YES, she is a Senior Stylist with poor quality and poor guest relations.

The services were below average. Prices far too high. Never have I paid such outrageous prices for partial foils ($160.00) and another $50.00 to get my hair cut. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy.. Buyer be ware!

I have been seeing misty for years. She is a very pleasant girl. She fixed my not so professional rocker/ clownish, pink hair streak, to a beautiful dark ash, it is pricey, but she doesn't ruin my confidence in her every time. she has given lovely cuts on me. I know I wont leave looking unprofessional but nice, finished, polished, and pleasant, looking. I also saw Meagan for a few months, for my lashes both girls very kind and nice girls. I was looking at professional RMT. I noticed the review page just now.
