My experience at Integral has been phenomenal. Kevin Parker is a very attentive listener and asks all the right questions. He is keen to recall details from past sessions and often finds avenues for exploring certain topics that one would not think to explore on their own. I find that Kevin is very personable and compassionate and therapy with him feels like a conversation with a caring friend or mentor. I am very glad I found Integral Counselling.

This is by far the best counselling practice I have ever been to, Kevin Parker is an amazing therapist who is skilled in so many ways. I can definitely say that these are people who genuinely care about the people they work with, it is definitely ahead of the curve on many levels and is by far the most friendly and open minded place to seek help for anything from addiction to trauma and anxiety / depression or other difficulties one might experience. Integral Counselling has truly improved my life in ways that nearly 2 decades of other types of professional help could not.
