Was needing some help. Called them and no one answered so I left a message. Took them a week to call me back. Talked for a few minutes about my concerns. Was told they would discuss what would be the best way to proceed with my case (who would see me and when, etc.) and call me back after the weekend. No one ever called me back. That was a couple months ago. Awful way to run a business especially when you're supposed to be helping people in need!
