I'd give zero if I could. The doctor insisted on an email and never even returned or acknowledged my email for 2 weeks. Followed it up with phone calls. Spoke to the secretary and that was a mistake. She talked over me and never answered my questions until I finally got fed up and told her to simply answer my question. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Wouldn't waste my time trying to talk to a supposed psychologist who doesn't know how to run a medical business. Monik Kalia isn't highly regarded in the field anyway and his response will deflect from the problems his lackluster office along with himself, suffer terribly from. Besides, he does phallometric tests which are viewed as junk science. No real clinician or person with an IQ higher than 80 regards any test that is less than 40 percent accurate or reliable.
