I had therapy here a couple years ago and most times I was left to do what. I would sit for many minutes after completing the exercise they gave me while they sat at the desk and chatted. Well here I am with my husband who has DDD and suffers from dementia, We were told our sessions were done yesterday after 5 sessions and one session with a gentleman. Well it was not enough to correct his issues enough for him to walk or stand confidently. He was sent home with exercises to do which will not really happen with his dementia. He will sit and do only a couple and not properly, he does not listen to me when I suggest he do it the way we were shown. I was told OHIP does not cover any more sessions but when I checked to see what they cover there is not any number of sessions covered by OHIP. We only went here as they are the only one in our area that does OHIP coverage. We are low income seniors and can not afford to pay for Physio, too bad as I think my husband would have been further along. Many of my friends have told me of the poor service there when they are going through OHIP. I agree with them. Now my husband will start to go backwards in his health again.

Hard to believe how lax they are at this clinic. I sat many times with no direction and nothing to do for 10-15 minutes at a time while the employees talked amongst themselves. They would leave ice on my knee indefinitely and forget about it. Not once did they use the laser to help prevent scar tissue. It felt like a total waste of my time every time I went in. After four visits, I refused to go back.

The staff at Midland Physio are really friendly and helpful. Everyone was really accommodating with my schedule and I found that regardless of who was treating me, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I couldn't be better now thanks to the girls at Midland Physio.

I was very pleased with Swavek's knowledge and experience. Each visit he added an exercise or two to my routine, which I continue today. The pain in my knee is greatly reduced and both knees are stronger because of the exercises. 100% pain reduction isn't possible because of arthritis .

I found pt MIdland physiotherapy to be a very friendly orientated place to heal.....from the first day i went in, for my therapy, the girls managed to make each and every visit a very pleasant one, often chatting about dogs , food, lifestyle change and holidays.... the exercises were well taught and every time I arrived I followed thru with them... when assistance was needed they were there to help me.... the final part of the treatment would always very relaxing..with either HEAT or ICE to the part of the body being treated.... can't beat that....would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing physio...

I had an assessment and instructions in exercises appropriate to me by Zakir at ptHealth - Midland at the end of August. He was successful in convincing me that if I was faithful in doing those exercises at home my complaint of hip bursitis would likely be relieved. After two more appointments plus my continuing adherence to exercising at home, I can now sleep pain free through the night and have more agility than I have had in years. I very much appreciate the service and advice of Zakir!

There was no experience other than disappointment. I was to have had my first appointment at noon today Monday July 4 and was called just after 9am to advise me that the person I was supposed to meet called in sick. Had this been the other way around I'm sure I would have to pay. I had other things I could have done but cancelled a golf game with friends. This was my first and last experience with this clinic. Arranged to go to another clinic. Extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional.

The services provided by the physiotherapist and RMT were good. My only issues was that they made an error on the billing to my insurance company. They then informed me I would have to come back and pay them and then try to get the money from insurance company myself. The error was the billed an hour long massage for as 15 min. one. So I am having to go back and fourth with the insurance company to try to get reimbursed. The main reason I chose PT was they advertised direct billing so was very shocked that this happened.
