Great staff, Great Therapist, amazing place to go if your looking for therapy

I do like the counselor my kids and myself had. I had only went a few times and found it semi-helpful. More importantly my daughter REALLY liked the counselor she had. THE ISSUE I HAD was that the staffing in the front office was young ladies that seem to want.to be somewhere else. Whenever I call they almost never answer and have canceled more appointments then I ever heard of. They also seem to ALWAYS charge this poor kid for no shows ,saying the "automated " system shows "delivered" and therefore she was charged notified......BS.

I am not too happy with this place at all my boyfriend has been going for a while and all they do is talk that's not doing know good something needs too be done meds or something my boyfriend is getting worse and worse and worse before he gets better this is horrible I thought they were good they really ain't

Loved my therapist but the confusion at the front desk and in billing was hard to deal with. The individual was very condescending in her tone and very unprofessional in the way that they dealt with it. Not to mention they have no record of calling in to cancel. Was being billed for each time. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Seeing from previous comments it's an on going issue. It's been a whole week spoke with Tess and Brooke receptionist attempting to speak with management about both their mistakes and on how they spoke with me. Continued to get the same answer that aember of management would call back.... And did not happen... Been told they're not there or they are in a meeting.

Do You think You have anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar...etc? Or having a hard time moving on from some big trauma in your life? Rather it was when your a child, or present, this is place is for you. All staff is so kind, respectful, easy-going and love interacting with You as soon as you walk in the door. Come on in. And see a Therapist's today. We all need help with Something. PS. I go twice a week, and this is my favorite place to be now days. I can never visit with my Therapist enough. You know who you are. Thank you so very much for going into the career you did. What would I do without you? And for many Other's you help.

Dr. Kyle is Amazing, so helpful and considerate. He puts patients first, and from my experience you dont see that many places. Not to mention his staff is wonderful too, always very friendly. Highly recommend.
