Dr. Esses has guided me through three traumatic episodes since 1995. They all seemed different, but though the years she has helped me delve into the deepest origins and past situations that have shaped my personality and interactions with the people who have filled my life. Most significantly she has helped me change what is possible and cope with the impossible. Through her knowledge and experience she has developed a keen insight into who we are and why we are that person. I would recommend Dr. Esses to anyone who is dealing with addictions, relationship failure and family dysfunction.
