I’ve seen several therapists over the years and I found Elizabeth to be most “effective“, and I think it’s because of her mindfulness approach. It really gave me a clearer picture of myself and things I can do to manage my emotions, stress, self-talk etc. I enjoyed our sessions and will definitely call her again if the need arises!
