I just completed a 4 week Anger Management course here , and of the 3 I’ve done in my lifetime this one by far left the biggest impression on me , I took away so much that I’m Implementing into my daily life , and funnily enough it was the cheapest of the three . The counsellors were amazing , I miss it already and am hoping to return because you can never have enough tools to help you through life .
