I would give my experience with Salveo five stars because they have provided excellent care during the time I have been seeing one of their counselors. Professional atmosphere but still inviting. Zero issues with scheduling, payment or front desk. But most importantly I feel I'm getting what I want out of my sessions.

Everything was going okay for several months. I was working with Serena on a trauma that was caused by another therapist who abandoned me. So, she knew I was very vulnerable to that. Then all of a sudden, one day she cancelled our appointment, saying that her administrator told her to. Days later I got an email from the administrator telling me I would no longer be seen. There was no explanation why. I didn't get to have a final session, or talk to Serena about it, or get any understanding why, once again, I was being abandoned. I wrote to both of them asking for more information, but they ignored me. This experience has made me feel like a freak who doesn't deserve help. I can't understand why I don't even deserve an explanation. I don't know what I did wrong. Serena betrayed me by doing the one thing that she knew would hurt me the most.

The providers I've worked with at Salveo have been competent and compassionate, and the administrative/reception staff are helpful. There are a variety of specialties and methodologies practiced there, so you can look over their list of providers on their page and find someone whose style fits you!

set up an appointment with Isis over the phone for some serious issues, but I didn't know they close at 8pm...when the lady said my appointment was... good thing where I work has a crisis hotline. UPDATE: the manager called and was really sorry, my work set me up with a new person, but I'd suggest calling in a lot to confirm appointments, and everything is confirmed. I can't give above a 4 star; because the of the experience, and how badly it hurt my mental state. However it dose sound as if the management is willing to look into the matter.

My virtual counselings with Susan Fee were great. Susan is easy to talk to and offers great feedback. Folks that seek counseling are often sensitive and seek sympathy, help and understanding. If you value guest service and helpful admins/front desk staff than skip TINA SEGURA. Tina is very opinionated, confrontational and NOT helpful. After 5 counseling sessions, all paid, she called me several times at work for one 25 dollar copayment. About a credit card that wasn’t even mine and about my insurance coverage. It took 3 calls to my insurance company and to Tina to finally clear the mistake regarding coverage on Tina’s side. This could have been handled by her calling the insurance rather than putting me in the middle. I have since canceled all my future appointments with Susan Fee just so I won’t have to deal with Tina again. Tina would do great working at a truck stop but her personality does not fit in a mental health and counseling office. My rating only reflects my opinion on Tina. Susan was perfect.

I would not recommend coming here for therapy. In the hallway we could actually hear patients talking. The walls, doors, ceilings, windows are not adequately sound insulated. This is not a safe place for treatment.
