I went twice to lifemarks at 4 corners and they were late taking me in the first visit. I felt they probed more on what I could afford before being forthcoming to the amount of visits I would need. I provided them certain details in the initial visit (which costs more) that by the second visit they completely ignored. during the visit my worker left several times to attend to another staffs client, which I know because I was there when the staff member asked her to do this. however she left many times dragging the sessions times out. they started the session with a hot pad after I clearly stated in the 1st visit that I prefer ice because heat feels good but hurts later. then was offered 2 services I specifically asked them to note, as I had done them before and it had caused my situation to worsen. these included the shock therapy/stimulation and acupuncture. my appointments were 2 Mondays back to back and by the 3rd Monday I was treated for a Fungal Bactria on my back (one that the doctor asked, had I joined a gym or used shared equipment). so, I didn't bother to show for my appointment that day..... since I know my life and where my body has been, I know I got it there from something, I am sure of it. Also during the visit they left the door open for the duration, and a neighbour of mine was there looking into my session, which I didn't learn until later. we discussed my pelvic issues etc, so I am pretty embarrassed. I recommend finding another place and asking the right questions and enforcing your preferences and quality expectations. I wanted to discuss these issues with them but I was angry at the time and had lots on my plate, but mark my words....I regret the day I walked into that place and have already found a replacement in the same area.

I am over 65 years of age. Dr. Britanie Belanger has got me back to walking after 2 left foot injuries this year. She is very friendly and easy-going, yet thoroughly professional in explaining medical information and procedures. I always felt respected, acknowledged and very relaxed in her presence. In the gym,I was also working with Joe Testa who really got me to engage my foot into more and more challenging exercises, all of which had me more comfortable in relearning to walk after nearly 4 months living in and out of aircasts and crutches between injuries. I have been going to Lifemarks for physio on my knee post ACL and meniscus surgery and the environment is amazing. Jessica is my physiotherapist and she is excellent; always making sure I know the exercises and I am doing good during my rehab. All the other staff members and therapists are also extremely nice and always willing to help if you need it. Overall a very good facility

If it wasn’t for Cortney, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today. I was struggling with terrible back pain through a workplace injury and was not alotted an MRI. When she was forced to discharge me as per WSIB, she included that all successful treatment pointed to a discogenic issue. If it wasn’t for her, I would never have ended up getting my L5-S1 microdiscectomy. She helped me strengthen my body to prepare it for surgery. I really do owe them a huge thank-you. Their staff is so kind and thorough. They are truly there to change people’s lives and for that, I am eternally grateful.

I can't say enough to express my appreciation for the staff at Lifemark. They are helpful, resourceful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of issues after 6 hernia surgeries and couldnt walk more than 100-metres without being in pain for a week after. My life was in decline. I worked with Jessica on my hernia issues. Jessica's program had me walking pain free within a week and has continued to build strength in my core. I am back to enjoying activities I love doing. The program I had was straightforward and effective. I had physical problems for 5 years and now, I am walking, running, paddling and even jumping again. It is amazing. It is because of the program and genuine care for me the staff has at Lifemark.

I attended Lifemark Physiotherapy at the Four Corners around the end of November for treatment of vertigo as prescribed by my doctor. I had been experiencing vertigo since August. I met with Jessica James, Physiotherapist. She assessed my condition and then treated me based on her assessment. I had been attempting a maneuver on myself the past few months to no avail but one assessment and treatment, my vertigo has gone. I am very grateful! Every day since. Amazing!

I have been attending this location for quite some time and have been made to feel like part of the family. My Therapist Jessica is very professional and understanding of my injury and what is needed to help me progress along to recovery. The front line staff at the desk are very welcoming and always have a smile when you walk in the door. I have met the other Therapists there as well as the assistants in the back Justin and Tasha and they as well always smile say hello to me. I have been going to the hospital and was asked by them if I wanted to switch to their facility before and after my surgery which is upcoming and I said no I feel not only at ease but very confident with the services I am receiving at Lifemark not to mention they know my injury already and it is after all my choice where I attend. Thank you again to all the staff front and back you are all awesome!!!!!

Amazing staff! Went in with a knee injury from work barely able to walk and wasn’t able to workout. In 2 months of working with physiotherapist Jessica and massage therapist Gregory they brought my leg back to where it needs to be for me to get back to my daily routine. Can’t thank them enough for helping me through the injury rehab. The receptionist’s are amazing and super friendly. All therapists and staff are smiling and welcoming. Extremely wonderful facility and would highly recommend and refer people to this location.

I am beyond satisfied with Lifemark Physiotheraphy! Location and accessibility are excellent. The facility is modern and clean, and offers ample equipment for rehabilitative exercises. Staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The physiotherapists are young professionals who are obviously passionate about their work. I have never before been assessed so meticulously. My program was carefully monitored and adjusted as required. The exercise therapists were always available in the gym ensuring exercises were done properly and equipment was utilized safely. For any injury, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been attending Lifemark for about 3 yrs now initially for a workplace incident and the staff were great!! I was receiving massage there when I met Greg RMT, and then he left the Lasalle location I was attending and re located to the Four Corners location where I then followed him. He does his job very well. He is professional, kind, empathetic and is very effective. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave.This summer my husband and I were in a car accident and attended the Four Corners Location for assessment and treatment. The care we had from Dr. Lanigan is exemplary! He takes great care in assessments and treatment plan. This is my first time receiving chiropractic services and he is great at what he does. I would recommend Greg for massage to anyone! I repeat the same recommendation for chiropractic services from Dr Lanigan as well! A shout out to the girls at the desk who process all the paper work through insurance, and scheduling appointments is no easy task. They are very accommodating and kind. Great team!
