We received ABA therapy for my child from Autism learning partners in Rochester for more 10 month. Their billing department didn’t charge us regularly every month and was sending couple thousands dollars bill at once. They didn’t respond my emails or calls. They cut our services because they didn’t have enough staff to send, so we experienced a break with the services recently and that’s not ideal for a therapy which it’s main goal is consistency. The only reason I continued working with them was the therapist who was so nice and patient with my kid. They didn’t want to spend money on therapy needed toys or prints. There was lack of communication between the company and family. They sent a new staff to my door without letting me know a new therapist is coming. No one was responsible to explain the situation for me. I can keep going but just writing this for other parents who are searching to get ABA therapy.
